Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Radbit app and its social features, operated by Pouya Eti ("we"). By creating an account or using the social features you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
• You're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person; don't impersonate others or squat handles.
• We may reclaim handles that impersonate people or brands, or that stay unused.

Your content

• You own what you post. By posting you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute it within the service (that's what showing your post to your followers is). The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
• Don't post content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, deceptive (spam, scams, impersonation), or that infringes someone else's rights. Links are currently not allowed in posts.
• You're responsible for what you share — remember that "Public" posts can be seen by anyone on the platform.

Community rules

• Radbit's social layer exists to support people's goals and habits. Encouragement only: no shaming, no harassment, no brigading.
• Use the built-in tools — unfollow, "not interested," block, report — rather than retaliating.
• Reports are reviewed by a human within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend/terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion.

The service

• The app is provided "as is," without warranties. We work hard to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost — keep your own backups of anything critical.
• We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the social service we'll give reasonable notice.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the past 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your account anytime in-app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the social features after a change means you accept the updated terms.
